Voter List Composing Software Service

Sargun Enterprises has been composing voter lists for various districts of state Punjab for different types of elections like Zila Parishad, Block Samti, Panchayats, Nagar Council/ Nagar Panchayat and Municipal Corporations

The software is free to use for test and trial purpose and can be requested by contacting us. The limitation of the trial version is that the number of records processed will be up to 100. The trial version will also bear a water mark of Sargun Enterprises Test Run

Software Requirements

• Assembly Data and Authorization Letter from appointed authority by the State Election Commission to use data
• Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Microsoft Sql Server 2019 or higher any Edition (Sql Express is Free to use) Download
• Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 Download
• Crystal Reports Runtime Download
• Microsoft Access Data Component for Importing Data from MS Access and Excel to Sql Server Download

Features of the Software

1. Support Data Exchange through Excel
2. You can develop batch for moving votes from Assembly Data to Requried Sector (Panchayat, NP/NC/ MC etc.)
3. You can directly move votes from Assembly Data to Requried Sector (Panchayat, NP/NC/ MC etc.)
4. You can view the records before moving to ensure correct data is being moved
5. Software organizes data based on House No to keep a family together, updates summaries, includes areas in the booth
6. Software can find leftover voters from the assembly data that might be left accidentally
7. Software has search facilty using Personal Particulars/EPIC to locate a vote in case a complaint/query is raised about position of vote
8. Software can generate Alphabet Roll for BLOs to be used at the polling station on the poll day
9. Software automatically generates a summary of the whole sector ward wise booth wise with areas, male, female, third gender voters
10. You can analyze the movement i.e. how many votes from given assembly part are moved to which booth of which ward helping strategic planning on leftover voters, composition of voters and cross check.
11. The software can generate voter slips to be distributed to the voters for the poll day
12. The software automatically generates boothwise PDF files for printing saving time
13. Software can generate integrated roll or suplement only
14. The software validates data by skipping deleted votes from assembly data and picks only the latest modified votes based on set flags
15. Every vote can be related with assembly data as it bears AC/PART/SECTION/SERIAL from the source data
16. The voter list is generated as per set standard of State Election Commission and similar to standards of Election Commission of India
17. The software allows adding new votes with snap
18. The addition, deletion, shifting of votes can be through batch mode (excel) or individual ranges
19. The software can be used to generate up to 5 suplements
20. One Click Reset of whole data
