About Sargun Enterprises

Sargun Enterprises is established with a view to cater the needs of industry and academia in a parallel manner. In one of the Section, we have a software development cell that meets the requirements of the industry and on the other hand we have an academic cell to impart industry aspirants meet the requirements of industry and hence help meet the gap. For this purpose, we have various departments established as follows

The Administration: The administration department consists of highly qualified and experienced personalities acting as stakeholders and partners. This department works at the higest level and make strategies to keep Sargun Enterprises at the Top of the industry in Amritsar.

The Human Resource Department: The task of the HR Department is to meet the requirements of the industry and self. It always keeps a vigil on the coming technologies and requirements of the indutry and gives directions to train the human resource working with Sargun Enterprises to meet the requirements of the industry.

The major Tasks performed by HR Department are as follows:

  • 2. Conducting Tests and appointing the eligible candidates
  • 3. Studying the Requirements of the cllients and appointing eligible candidates to the client firms

The Technical  Department: This department deals with the technologies that are coming in the industry and hence provides technical training to the candidates. This department also is responsible for studying , analysing and providing technical solutions to the clients.

The Operations Department: This department is responsible for meeting day to day operations. This department collects market data and distributes to the employees of various other departments and helps in building strategies at the top so that Sargun Enterprises remains at the top.
